Sorry to say this but this is the worst Mobile telecom industry. Worst and useless customer service.This company does not have an IT backup or support to date. Undoubtedly, they sell high bandwidth but it’s similar to dial-up speed. If you need assistance/support/help, they are never available, keep transferring calls from one to another, no solutions and your left frustrated, helpless. Team leader and supervisors know nothing. I am facing this problem and I am still trying since past 4 weeks to fix my internet issue.
