View from my office
Posted by: Mona
I never really paid much attention to the view from my office until today when I stood staring out the meeting room windows and noticed how interesting the perspective actually is. Here you see a sharp contrast between the glorious past of Kuwait evident in the once-famous Al-Sawaber Complex against the backdrop of the progressive and bright future of the city with the upcoming skyscrapers and city towers.

I remember this very same view. I remember my father driving next to Sawaber when they were still new. Amazing how the city have flourished!

I hope they renovate and keep some of the old buildings to keep some part of the history alive.

@Gold Medal Ribbon – I did notice the view but didn’t pay attention to the contrast between the past and present.
