Whitney Houston was found dead in her hotel room at the Beverly Hilton Hotel yesterday. She was 48 and the police are still investigating the cause of her death. Jennifer Hudson and Chaka Khan will perform a tribute to her at the Grammy’s today.

Whitney was one of the music artists we grew up listening to along with Madonna and Michael Jackson, it’s sad to see them go.

Designer Carla Braccialini from the Gherardini fashion house designed the ‘Pretiosa’, meaning ‘precious’, based on the drawings of a handbag that Leonardo da Vinci had sketched over 500 years ago in 1497. Gherardini has made only 99 of these Pretiosas though and they will be sold in their boutiques in March, that’s if there’s any left.

Now we know that Leonardo da Vinci was also a fashion designer.

After all the controversy he caused last year, Ricky Gervais was back to host the Golden Globes again this time and nailed it as usual. He’s hilarious!
